Fitzpatrick Homes has been a family-owned business since its inception in 1963. Joseph Fitzpatrick began building in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the company moved to the Central Valley in the early 1990s, where it has been building homes and communities ever since. Joseph’s son, Dennis Fitzpatrick, took the helm in 1993 and continues to uphold the family values of community, innovation, and excellence today.
Sales Team
To us, you’re more than a potential customer—you’re an important part of the communities we build. Our sales team, led by Rhonda Sweet, takes the time to listen to you so they can understand your needs on a deep level. Choosing the right home can feel like an overwhelming task, but you won’t be doing it alone—our team will guide you through the entire decision-making process. Our goal is to ensure that all of your questions are answered and any concerns are addressed right away.
The Fitzpatrick Homes sales team will also help you navigate the loan process. They will introduce you to one of our trusted lenders—or you can select a lender of your choice. If your lender is not from the area, our team will ensure they are provided with all of the knowledge they need to get you competitive rates and pricing.
Design Coordinators
Once you sign your sale agreement, you’ll be contacted by Toni Goodrich and our Fitzpatrick Homes design team. They will guide you step-by-step through the design process, including the selection of colors and interior finishes. You’ll have the option to select standard features or choose specialty items and upgrades that will personalize your home even further.
The design coordinators will work with you closely, ensuring that any selections and modifications will be both beautiful and functional for your family.
Home Specialist
Our Home Specialist, Oscar Covarrubus, will be your main contact in the field, guiding you through the entire construction process. You won’t have to wait until it’s finished to see your home. Instead, you’ll have multiple scheduled viewings of the home-in-progress, allowing you to see the design vision come to life.
At Fitzpatrick Homes, we know buying and building a home can be stressful, especially if you’re kept out of the loop. That’s why we strive to communicate proactively, answering your questions before you even think to ask them. By involving you throughout the process, Oscar and our construction team help ensure you know exactly what’s going on at every turn so you can feel confident in your investment, even before we add the finishing touches. When construction is complete, you’ll have a final walk-through to ensure you’re happy with your home – and excited to make memories there for years to come.
Homeowner Support
Our support for you doesn’t end when you graduate from homebuyer to homeowner! John Sarkis will be your point person for all of your post-closing needs. He’ll be there to make sure you’re satisfied with your completed home and to take care of you after you move in. Our goal at Fitzpatrick Homes is for you to bring your family into your new home with the peace of mind that if there are any issues, big or small, we’ll take care of them for you.
