When your home is complete, you’ll have a final walk-through to confirm your home meets—and exceeds—your expectations. John Sarkis will be your main point person for all of your post-closing needs. He’ll be there to make certain you’re satisfied with your completed home and to take care of you after you move in.

That’s why our Homeowner Warranty team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and handling items covered by the Fitzpatrick Warranty. The Warranty program includes coverage for certain structural issues for 10 years, as well as minor issues for your first year. We understand the importance of a stress-free home, and our warranty is designed to offer protection against specific issues, allowing you to focus on making memories in your new home.
Our dedicated personnel are here to answer any questions you might have about the operation of your home and its appliances. We want you to enjoy your home—without worrying about what happens if something malfunctions—which is why if issues arise, we’ll handle them for you.
Should you need assistance, our Warranty team will address the issue in a timely manner. We’ll send the necessary team right to your house to take care of the needed repairs. If something needs immediate attention when our office is closed, we also have a 24-hour service in place to get a specialist to you right away. Whether it’s a quick fix or an emergency repair, our Warranty team has your back!
